Quotes

A request through Get quote, merch, contact, email, call or WhatsApp is an enquiry, not a contract. You may attach files of any kind to Get quote. Each attachment is virus-scanned on this website; only files that scan clean are emailed to info@jpent.ltd. If a file fails the virus scan, JPENT.LTD emails you at the address on the form to upload a cleaner copy or a different format. JPENT.LTD replies from info@jpent.ltd with price and timing. Work starts when you accept that quote in writing (email is enough). We may revise a quote if the scope changes.

Payment

This website does not take card payments. Payment instructions are on the quote. Unless the quote says otherwise, merch is agreed before print, and website or analytics work follows the schedule in the accepted quote.

Merch

Apparel is printed to order. Screen colour is a guide; ink on cotton, fleece and piqué can differ slightly. Sizes are XS–XXL as listed on the shop. Jamaica print runs are quoted from Montego Bay. Overseas shipping is extra when you ask for it. We do not start press until you accept the merch quote.

Websites and other work

Deliverables, revisions and timelines are those in the accepted quote. You keep responsibility for content you supply (copy, photos, data). We keep responsibility for the work we build, as described in that quote.

Hours

Weekdays 9:00–17:00, Jamaica time. America/Jamaica. Calls and WhatsApp after hours are returned the next weekday. We aim to reply within one business day.
