Who we are
JPENT.LTD (JPENT.LTD) is a Jamaica-based Business Analytics & Enterprise Solutions firm. This policy covers jpent.ltd and related contact channels, including info@jpent.ltd.
What we collect
If you use the contact form, the Get quote form, the merch shop order form, the newsletter form, or email us, we receive the details you send: name, email, organization (if provided), the services or merch you want priced, how you want the work sold, the decision it should support, size and quantity for apparel, and your message. Newsletter subscribers are stored so we can send JPENT.LTD notes you asked for; you can unsubscribe from any marketing mail. The Get quote form also accepts file attachments of any kind. Those files are scanned for viruses on this website before they are emailed to info@jpent.ltd; a file that fails the scan is discarded and is not forwarded. We do not require an account to browse the public site.
When you load a page, our hosting platform also provides technical visit data so we can operate and secure the site: approximate country, device type, browser, the page path, and IP address. That record is stored privately and can be emailed as an internal notification to info@jpent.ltd. It is not shown on the public website, and we do not use it for advertising networks.
How we use it
We use contact and quote details only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, discuss services, and keep a record of the conversation. Newsletter details are used only to send JPENT.LTD updates you subscribed to. Quote attachments are scanned for malware on the website and, if they are clean, emailed to info@jpent.ltd. They are not kept as a file store on the public site. If a quote file fails the virus scan, we email the address you typed to tell you the file was not forwarded, and to ask for a cleaner copy or a different format. We use visit notifications to see who is reaching the site, from where, and on which device, and to help keep the site secure. We do not sell personal information. We do not use this data for advertising networks.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers who host this website or deliver email, and only as needed to operate the site or reply to you. We may disclose information if required by law. If you choose Talk with us, you can +1-876-253-4897 or continue on WhatsApp. A phone call uses your device dialer. A WhatsApp chat takes place on WhatsApp (Meta), under WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.
Retention
Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and any follow-up work, then deleted or archived when they are no longer required.
Your choices
Email info@jpent.ltd to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it, subject to any legal retention duty. Marketing mail includes an unsubscribe link.
